Works & prices

Selected works are offered as limited-edition photographic prints.
The individual artwork page states the title, year, print process, dimensions, edition, price and availability of each work. Works are supplied unframed unless stated otherwise. Prices are final consumer prices in euros. Any additional shipping charges are stated before purchase.
Tracked shipping within the EU is included. Shipping to the United Kingdom is €30 and to the United States €45. For other destinations, please contact the studio before purchase.
Import duties, taxes or customs-handling charges imposed by the destination country are not included unless expressly stated otherwise and may be payable by the recipient.

Payment

Available payment methods and their payment timing are shown at checkout. Payment is due according to the payment method selected.

Production & delivery

Unless stated otherwise on the individual artwork page, prints are produced after purchase and prepared by Tom Loki for dispatch.
Orders are normally dispatched within 10 days of purchase.
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will take place within 30 days of purchase.
Shipments are tracked. Tom Loki remains responsible for the work until it has been delivered to you.
If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact studio@tomloki.com.

Returns

Consumer buyers may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within the period below.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the work. You may also withdraw before delivery.
The same 14-day withdrawal right applies to consumer purchases through tomloki.com regardless of country.
Where mandatory consumer law gives you stronger rights, those rights remain unaffected.
You may withdraw by:

• using the Withdraw purchase function on this page;

• sending a clear statement to studio@tomloki.com; or

• using the model withdrawal form below.

You may use the model form, but you are not required to do so.

When the online withdrawal function is used (at the top of this page), an immediate electronic confirmation identifying the purchase and the date and time of withdrawal will be sent.

Returning a work

After notifying the studio that you are withdrawing from the purchase, you must return the work within 14 days.

You bear the direct cost of returning the work.
Estimated return shipping cost:

• Netherlands: €7–€15

• EU: €15–€40

• United Kingdom: €15–€40

• United States: €35–€120

(Actual cost depends on carrier, package size and weight.)
Please return the work securely packaged.
You are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the work. Any such reduction in value may be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

If you withdraw from the entire purchase, all payments received from you will be refunded, including any standard outbound delivery charge you paid.
If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard method offered, the additional delivery cost is not refundable.
Outbound delivery charges do not have to be refunded when only part of an order is returned.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method is expressly agreed, and without additional charge.
The refund will be made within 14 days after notice of withdrawal. Tom Loki may withhold reimbursement until the returned work has been received or you have provided evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Damaged, incorrect or defective works

The return right above is separate from your statutory rights if a work is damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the purchase agreement.
If there is a problem with a work, please contact studio@tomloki.com.
No separate commercial guarantee is offered. Your mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Where a work does not conform to the agreement, the remedies and necessary return costs required by law apply.
